They got the whole house rockin'...

The time has come....
After 3 longs years, Queen + Paul Rodgers are back with a tour and a new album together "Cosmos Rockin'".

Well everybody knows that Queen without Freddie is not really Queen anymore but we have to admit Paul Rodgers is very good and doens't try to do like Freddie and that's the most important !

It was my second Queen show and it was brilliant, similar to the one in 2005 though. Not the best shows of my life but it's so cool to hear the Queen songs live with a part of the band. It's a very good thing for the ones who've never been lucky to see Queen with Freddie.

Good stage set-up, huge screen above the stage and lots of lights (good for the show but boring for the pictures, damn' it)!!!
8.30 pm - It's time to rock...
Some smoke on the stage's sides, lights down and crowd's up !

The intro was amazing: thunders and rain noises with lightnings and the cosmos on the big screen - very good atmosphere.

The band and Rodgers entered the stage with a new song " Surf's Up... Schools Out'. Cool song to start and a good warm up before the real Queen songs !

They followed with all the best, Tie Your Mother Down, Fat Bottomed Girls, Another One Bites The Dust, I want It All and I Want To Break Free! Woaw, what a start !!!
Then followed the new single C-Lebrity which is pretty cool live, Seagull (a beautiful song sung by Paul Rodgers).
It's time for acoustic songs... Brian May alone with his guitar on the little stage in the middle of the crowd singing Love Of My Life (very good moment).
Then he called the other musicians to play 39'. This song is amazing in concert.

It's Roger Taylor's turn wih a drum solo followed by I'm In Love With My Car and Say It's Not True sung by Rodgers and the band.
Back to the main stage with Bad Company, Time To Shine, Bijou and Last Horizon (Brian May is really a guitar God !) They went on with Crazy Little Thing Called Love, Show Must Go On and Radio GaGa with all the hands in the air, really beautiful to see.

Freddie was always there, especially when Bohemian Rhapsody started.
We could see and hear Freddie on the big screen and that was one of the best moments of the show. Everybody was starring at the sreeen singing the little silhouetto of a man ! Gosh this song is so powerful !
Time for a new song: Cosmos Rockin' - I hated that song before yesterday and now I really like it. That sounded good ! They followed with the Free's song All Right Now to finally last the show with We Will Rock You and We Are The Champions !

After more than 2 hours, they left the stage with God Save The Queen.

The band were in a very good mood and Rodgers seemed to be really happy to be there... like us !
Queen lost their King Freddie but Queen never die !

Favorite parts: The intro, Bohemian Rhapsody of course, Another One Bites The Dust, Tie Your Mother Down, 39', Love Of My Life, I want To Break Free, All Right Now, We Will Rock You, Cosmos Rockin', Seagull and Fat Bottomed Girls !!!!!!!!!!
Well all the setlist except the too long drum solo and I'm In Love With My Car, I hate that song I would have prefered to hear Innuendo or Somebody to love!
